Villa Tammi is our luxury new privately owned Rotonda Villa.

It is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

It is situated in the quiet, upscale, deed restricted residential area of Rotonda Lakes. It is a secluded property, surrounded by wildlife and appropriate for all ages.

Rotonda Lakes is located on the Cape Haze Peninsula on the sunny south west of Florida's Gulf Coast.

Villa Tammi is a 3 bedroomed home with private heated pool. Beautifully decorated and with the added benefit of a private fenced garden with garden swing.

There are four mountain bikes, a 7ft Pool Table and a Foosball Table for our guests' enjoyment. Local and state to state phone calls are free of charge and there is also a complimentary highspeed wireless internet connection.

The living area has a big screen 52" Satelite TV & DVD player and beautiful ivory leather reclining sofas. All bedrooms have satellite TV & DVD players.

Rotonda is the perfect location for trips to Fort Myers, Naples, Tampa, Sarasota, Venice, The Everglades and Orlando. It is ideally situated so that you can explore much of Florida from your Rotonda Villa Rental.

Beautiful Florida beaches are within 10-15 minutes drive. Shopping and excellent restaurants offering a wide variety of menus are within 5 minutes drive. An abundance of golf courses are right on the doorstep.

Relax in our Rotonda Villa and have a swim in your own private pool or simply sit back and sunbathe on your sunlounger, either beside the pool or in the garden. Savour the peace and quiet and listen for the many varieties of birds and wildlife.

If you're feeling a bit energetic, take one of our mountain bikes out and explore the area of Rotonda. Look for local wildlife, enjoy the woodland scenery and the beautiful lakes.

However you choose to spend your days, the options are endless from our villa on the Gulf Coast of Florida.

We also have another villa in Rotonda called Villa Staci. It is of a very similar style and size as Villa Tammi and is furnished in the same style.
